TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • we reserve the right to cancel in case of really bad weather
    (100% refund); schedules and prices may be subject to change without prior notice

  • all prices include: free courtesy pick-up (local Mission Beach area), insect repellent during the cruise, tea & coffee

  • online-bookings have to be made at least 2 days prior to the cruising date
  • phone-bookings until 2 hours prior to departure possible

  • online-bookings have to be confirmed by us (we will contact you by email, where we ask to get in phone contact for the credit card details)

  • within 7 days after the confirmation a deposit has to be lodged,
    if that doesn't happen, the place is cancelled

  • if the online-booking is cancelled by the customer with at least
    24 hours notice, we charge a cancellation fee

  • if the online-booking is cancelled by the customer within 24 hours and at least 5 hours before the cruise, we will charge half the booking fee

  • if the online-booking is cancelled by the customer within 5 hours before the cruise, we charge the whole fee

  • phone-bookings until 1 hour prior to departure possible, if seats are available

  • if the phone-booking is cancelled by the customer at least
    5 hours before the cruise, we will charge half the price

  • if the phone-booking is cancelled by the customer within
    5 hours before the cruise, we will charge the full price
