River Rat Eco Cruises is owned by Geoffrey Bull. Geoffrey is running the business together with Evelin Wölk.

Geoffrey is a true local! He grew up in Mission Beach and knows all the secret spots when it comes to fishing and crabbing. It’s Geoffrey’s job to drive the River Rat (he’s got a Master Class 5 Skipper’s Licence) and he’s the man with all the answers when it comes to fishing, crabbing and boating.

Evelin is originally from Germany where she studied a Bachelor of Science in International Forest Ecosystem Management. She specialised in Forest Ecology and Indigenous Communities, and now shares her extensive knowledge with guests onboard River Rat Eco Cruises.

Together, Geoffrey and Evelin provide an enjoyable and informative cruise with a friendly and down-to-earth service. With open minds and an easy-going manner we always welcome discussions and are keen on new information and opinions.
